We strive to make sure that every interaction you have with our gym is great.
From previous experience we know that jumping directly into a class without an introduction to our methodology and how we do things does not make for the best experience, so we require anyone that has not attended another CrossFit gym for at least 3 months to attend our intro to CrossFit classes.
Our intro program lasts for 4 weeks with 2 different parts.
The first part consists of 6 small, semi-private classes spread out over the first 2 weeks. These classes are scheduled at 6pm Tuesday and Thursday and 11:30am on Saturday. Intro classes are designed to safely bring a new member up to speed on the basics of how our gym operates as well as teaching basic body weight movements. We also focus on proper technique and form for working with barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells. We always schedule 2 coaches for these classes to make sure each person gets plenty of personal attention.
The second part consists of 2 weeks of up to 4 visits per week at any class time you wish to attend.
